Good and beautiful room with executive lounge access, the staff was nice. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, near to most attractions, Riyadh for a special occasion, and the restaurant. Greatly enjoyed the restaurant for lunch or dinner😀

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The attention to detail was beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with cold towels and a welcome drink, making me feel instantly welcome. The room itself was fantastic, with complimentary brunch items like bread, cheese, and dry meat, as well as a plate of delicious desserts. The hotel even provided a pillow spray with a soothing lavender scent, adding to the overall pleasantness of the room. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Special thanks to Miss الحبابي for her excellent service and follow-up. I can't wait for my next visit!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the cleanliness was top-notch, everything was spotless and well-maintained. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Ms. Maha from customer relations who made my daughter's birthday extra special with thoughtful gestures. Lastly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the complimentary brunch goodies in our room to the luxurious shower set and pleasant room fragrance. I was truly impressed!
